Eolasの持つ二つの特許、特許番号5,838,906(Flashで有名になったHTMLへの外部アプリ起動埋め込み特許)と、7,599,985(インタラクティブなWeb)が、ふたつとも無効になった。

やれやれ、まだアメリカにも一片の良心は残されているらしい。
