2013年の抱負は、この悪循環を断ち切ることである。まったく成果が上がらない現状を認識して、自分を責めるのではなく、別の方法を試すようにするのだ。
「去年の抱負もそれじゃなかったけ？」
「そうだ。しかし、今年は変えてみせるさ」
さて、何とかしなくては。
