currently I'm watching some superman cartoons to train my english listening skill. somehow, it reminds me a dragonball. both storys are really similar. there raise some problems in their planet and they send their baby to earth. was 鳥山明 inspired from superman? i don't know.
after superman landed on earth, a man who found the rocket saying "could be russian" 時代を感じる. i can't translate these words to english. some natives suggest me "that shows the zeitgeist" where zeitgeist is borrowed word from german and it means "spirit of the times". the dictionary said it means 時代精神 in japanese.
